Do we need to sign a separate agreement?
No. The data processing agreement is approved digitally – you'll get an email with a link once you've connected Veterinary Value in your practice management system.
Do we need to export any data?
No. Everything happens automatically through the integration with your practice management system. No files need to be exported or sent manually.
Do we need to book a meeting?
No. The clinic can be connected and start using the customer-base module without a kick-off or sales meeting.
Which clinics are we compared with?
Your clinic is compared with similar clinics in the same category in the Nordics and over a corresponding measurement period. Other clinics' names and individual results are never shown.
Why is the module free?
We want to make customer-base insights available to more clinics. As more clinics connect, the aggregated market comparisons get better too. Veterinary Value's revenue comes from clinics that later choose our paid implementation programme. There is no obligation to continue.
