How to connect your clinic
Follow the steps for your practice management system. It takes a couple of minutes and needs no technical knowledge. Finish by opening the email we send – without it you can't get in.
Choose your practice management system
Select Settings – the gear icon in the top right.
Open Integrations and pick Vettigo API from the list.
Tick Veterinary Value and click Save.
Final step – easy to miss
Open the email we send
Right after you activate the integration we email the clinic's contact address. That email is your way into the service – no one gets in without it.
- Open the email from Veterinary Value in the clinic's inbox.
- Click the link in the email and sign in.
- Read through and accept the data processing agreement.
No analysis begins until the agreement is accepted.
Can't find the email? Check your spam folder and search for “Veterinary Value”. We'll remind you if it takes a while.
